Ludomir Wanot – Founder

Born and raised in Washington, Ludomir grew up with a strong work ethic, inspired by his single mother’s dedication and perseverance. A graduate of the University of Washington, he started his real estate journey over a decade ago—first working hands-on as a flooring installer before transitioning into buying, selling, and investing in properties. With experience in both off-market and on-market deals, as well as house flipping, Ludomir is passionate about helping homeowners find the best solutions for their unique situations.

When he’s not working in real estate, you’ll find Ludomir on the golf course, spending time with his fiancée Nicole, or hunting for the best burger in Washington. He also enjoys working with local non-profits that help the community, such as the Federal Way chapter of Young Life.

Nicole Amdahl – Operations

A lifelong Washington native, Nicole has been fascinated by houses and real estate for as long as she can remember. Her love for design and remodeling led her to work on stunning home transformations—including an award-winning project recognized by the local Master Builder’s Association. Now, she focuses on running the backend operations of Evergreen Home Buyers, ensuring every client has a smooth and stress-free experience. She loves finding creative ways to connect with homeowners and help them through the selling process.

Outside of real estate, Nicole enjoys traveling, exploring Washington’s beautiful outdoors, and curling up with a good book and a cup of tea.

Zach Moore – Acquisitions Specialist

As the Acquisition Manager at Evergreen Home Buyers LLC, Zach Moore specializes in finding and securing the best real estate opportunities. He is passionate about real estate as a powerful vehicle for learning business, leveraging debt, and achieving financial freedom—all without requiring massive upfront capital.

Beyond the numbers, real estate has helped Zach build valuable relationships that compound in value over time. Through solving complex challenges and navigating negotiations, he has honed his problem-solving skills to process more transactions effectively.

Outside of real estate, Zach is dedicated to health and wellness. He actively trains in combat sports, including boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, and jiu-jitsu, at Kaiju Kickboxing in Kirkland. His drive, discipline, and strategic mindset—both in real estate and in the gym—fuel his commitment to success.
